Buyer’s Agent… What is that?

A lot of buyers/sellers have never heard of a Buyer’s Agent, a Buyer’s Agent is someone who assists in the process of purchasing your next home from start to finish!  Your Buyer’s Agent is an unbiased third party and professional negotiator and is a person who works for you and only you and not the Seller of the the property you are purchasing.

These are the benefits of employing a Buyer’s Agent:

  1. Help you see clearly

    1. Whether it is buying your first home, investment property or your next family home, it can be a very emotional process and it is easy to feel pressured. A Buyer’s Agent will be there by your side the whole way through and will be a voice of confidence that will give you recommendations and ultimately save you from overpaying or potentially making the wrong decision.
  2. More reputable

    1. Having a Buyer’s Agent will make you more reputable, as your Buyer’s Agent has already qualified you and knows that you are ready to buy and what type of home you’re interested in.
  3. Find you exclusive listings

    1. A Buyer’s Agent can find exclusive listings before they even hit the market! This can include their own future listings, other team members listings or other agents’ listings, which can open the doors to more properties before the general public get to see them. You are truly treated liked a VIP!
  4. Educate you on the property market

    1. One thing your Buyer’s Agent will know is the “ins and outs” of the market so they can educate their clients. At the end of the day, your Buyer’s Agent is there to help educate you about the market and to ensure you are getting the best possible outcome! This is similar to hat your finance or mortgage broker works.
  5. Help clarify your goals

    1. Your Buyer’s Agent will be there to help you stick to your goals, whilst finding a property that ticks all your boxes! They will know what you want in your next home such as; how many bedrooms and bathrooms, how many living spaces, if you want a property with a pool or spa or neither, what school zones, do you want to be close to public transport or local shops and the list is endless, but they will know exactly what you want!
  6. Bidding at Auction
