About Helen-Rose


Helen (short for Helen-Rose) first started her career in 2011 as a Receptionist and a Personal Assistant to the top Sales Consultant.



During her time in Real Estate she has been employed in various roles, from administration and property management to sales support and office management.



In 2016/2017 Helen completed her Registration for Property Management Services, which lead her to move into the Property Management Department firstly assisting then moving onto a role of Managing over 120 properties.



Her role entails office and agent Marketing, Lead Generation Management, Office Management, problem solving, Assisting the Director/Licensee in Project Management and Completion, writing and implementing modern and effective systems and procedures as well as enhancing staff performance and inducting new staff to the company.



More recently Helen has welcomed a new baby boy and is now back from maternity leave.



Helen has been with the Professionals Prowest group for over 10 years now and enjoys working in the family/team environment that is Prowest. Helen loves office administration, staff training & support, as well as implementing systems and procedures.



Outside of Prowest, Helen enjoys new adventures and goes camping regularly. She expresses her creative side doing small home renovations and enjoys spending weekends with her family.
