Our office will be closing over Christmas for the first time in a long time!
With Christmas looming up quickly, we would like to give you as much notice as possible that Prowest will be closed from 1pm Thursday 24th December, and reopening 9am Monday 4th January. This decision was not made lightly, but we anticipate a busy and rewarding 2016, so everyone will appreciate the break.

Owner End of Month Payout
Our December End of Month payment to owners will be carried out on Thursday 24th December 2015.Should this pose any inconvenience to you, please contact Sharon Buckle as soon as possible to discuss alternatives.
Calls to the Office
Any calls that are made to the office phone number will be re-directed to an after-hours emergency phone that one of our Property Managers will be manning throughout the Christmas period. Please note, this phone is for emergencies only;
The Department of Commerce describes an emergency as “Any event requiring increased coordination or response beyond the routine in order to save lives, protect property, protect the public health and safety, or lessen or avert the threat of a disaster”.
