Perth Market Update with stats for REntal & Sales

Find out how the Covid-19 effected the Property Management Sector for the Month of March 2020 in our areas.
Even during these times our leasing market has not slowed, with multiple enquiries for all homes and multiple applications coming through per property.

We understand people are wanting to move in and out of their properties as quick as possible, so we are using all resources to
ensure a smooth and time efficient moving experience for every tenant.

The health and safety of all our customers and our staff are extremely important to us, so some of our normal procedures
have been altered to ensure everyone remains safe during these Covid-19 times. For this we are now offering Zero Contact –
private viewings, organizing virtual walk-through tours where our managers can either take a recording and have this made
available to you or even organizing a ZOOM video call with potential tenants and virtually take them through the property answering any queries they may have.

These same changes have been made for our current tenants with their Routine Inspections. We will be sending
tenants scheduled video meeting requests through our ZOOM app to organize at an appropriate time to make a video call to go through the home.

All our applications are now made available online so you can complete and submit your application in the safety of your home.

We continue to monitor all our tenants and their situations, should any of our tenants fall into arrears, you will be notified
immediately and we will walk through both tenant and landlord and keep up to date with government offerings and regulations
during this trying time. It is now more than ever our landlords should ensure their investment is adequately insured, to help ease
any pressure they may fall into should their tenant be suffering any financial hardship.

Of course, if any of our current clients are experiencing any concerns, hardships or have any queries we are here to assist in
any way we possibly can. Our office may be closed but we are working ‘business as usual’ from home and are all still available via phone.
So please feel welcome to call us 08 9457 5733
