With the new changes to the Residential Tenancies Act effective from the 1st of July 2013, Department of Commerce, Consumer Protection, has released 3 videos for information of these changes for Tenants and Landlords.

This series of videos DOC will speak about the Tenant’s and Landlord’s, or their Property Manager’s, responsibilities under the Residential Tenancies Act and the new changes.
